Getting Started

  1. The first step to get started is creating a Green Team, which might include the experts coming from all kind of fields. Then the members in the Green Team have to work on the resolution for low carbon and sustainable development, which might cover the topics such as visions and goals, promotion system, planning for implementing action plans, and the financial parts. Submit the resolution and the list of the Green Team members onto the website to complete the registration.
  2. After the resolution and the list of the Green Team members are reviewed and qualified, the registration process is completed. The participant who is registered can then select a certification level to be the certification target, and choose the action plans based on the requirement of the level.
  3. Gain access to relevant training and expert guidance, getting advices to implement the action plans.
  4. After completing the registration and action plans selection process, the participant is defined as the “Candidate,” and should start to implement the chosen action plans.
  5. Submit all the documentary evidences to the website right after completing the action plans, and these evidences have to be reviewed by the experts in the 10 information and technology advisory groups. For Silver level, in-site investigation is required before giving the credits to the participants.
  6. If the participant fails to get Silver certification, they can apply for Bronze level instead if the requirement for the Bronze is satisfied. If the participant fails to get Bronze certification, they can apply for Nomination instead if the requirement for Nomination is satisfied.
  7. The certification result will be announced on the website, and a Recognition Ceremony will be held to honor the certified participants.
